Home visit for the elderly includes a comprehensive survey of well-being and functional capacity. The service is aimed at customers who have challenges in everyday functioning and who need guidance to promote health. Ask more about other services for the elderly.
The Get Fit – program includes a survey of the condition, balance and mobility of your body. You will receive a personal program based on the survey and a guidance for safe training. The gym guidance is implemented in the Voimakellari gym premises of Microkatu.
The Healthy – program includes a survey of lifestyle and health. You will receive personal counseling and a nutritional program based on the survey.
Wellness Center cooperates with SYKETTÄ university sports. You can find the contract prices on the SYKETTÄ website.
